Meet Leslie

My Professional Journey

My background combines military service, administrative support, project coordination, and business operations. I proudly served in the United States Army National Guard as an 88M Motor Transport Operator. That experience shaped the discipline, adaptability, accountability, and attention to detail I bring to my work today.

In the civilian workforce, I’ve supported leadership teams, coordinated complex schedules, organized projects, improved internal processes, and helped teams work more efficiently. My experience includes supporting federal contracting programs, collaborating with teams across different functions, managing stakeholder communications, and coordinating work across multiple priorities.

I’ve worked with tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace. I’ve also supported nonprofit organizations through event coordination, communications, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative operations.

What I enjoy most is finding practical solutions that make someone’s day easier. Whether that means organizing a complicated calendar, building a tracking system, coordinating a project, or documenting a workflow, I love turning moving pieces into a clear plan.

Over time, I realized that the same skills I used to support established organizations could make a meaningful difference for small business owners and entrepreneurs. That idea became Beyond the Inbox Solutions.

More Than a Business Owner

Outside of work, my favorite roles are being a wife and a mom.

My husband serves on active duty in the United States Marine Corps, and together we’re raising our son. Becoming a mother has given me a new perspective on time, priorities, and being present for the moments that matter.

Like many families, we balance careers, family responsibilities, military life, and the unexpected things that come our way. Being part of a military family has taught me the importance of flexibility, resilience, and adapting when plans change.

Those experiences influence the way I approach my business. Behind every business is a person with responsibilities, goals, and a life outside of work. Sometimes having the right support can make all the difference.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, challenging myself, and making memories with the people I love. My family is a big part of my motivation to grow Beyond the Inbox Solutions and build something I’m proud of.

Why I Started Beyond the Inbox Solutions

I started this business because I genuinely enjoy helping people succeed. I’ve seen how quickly administrative responsibilities, unfinished projects, and everyday operational tasks can pull attention away from the bigger picture.

I wanted to offer more than traditional virtual assistance. Beyond the Inbox Solutions combines administrative support, project coordination, and business operations assistance tailored to each client’s needs.
